Singapore haze index predicted to slip further to 51-100

Still slightly hazy conditions.

According to a government release, air quality has improved since Saturday afternoon, and this downward trend has been sustained till yesterday morning. As at 5pm yesterday, the 24-hr PSI is 55-87.

For the next few days, dry weather conditions and the prevailing southerly to southeasterly winds are expected to continue. Slightly hazy conditions can be expected.

The 24- hour PSI for today is forecast to be in the moderate band of 51-100.
