Vicplas International posts $2.4m net loss in FY2025

The group’s loss per share was $0.0046.

Vicplas International reported a net loss of $2.4m in FY2025, mainly due to weaker earnings from its pipes and fittings segment and higher finance costs.

However, the group’s revenue increased by 13.1% year on year (YoY) to $115.8m from $102.4m in FY2024.

Revenue for the medical devices segment was up 22.3% to $77.2m, due to an increase in orders as customers adjusted post-pandemic inventory holdings.

The pipes and fittings segment recorded a slight decrease in revenue of 1.7% to $38.6m as the group tightened credit risk controls and adjusted prices in line with lower raw material costs.

Adjusted EBITDA increased by 16.2% to $8.5m.

The group’s loss per share was $0.0046.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
