HC Surgical Specialists appoints Ouyang Yuxia Connie as chief operating officer

The appointment was made on 1 June 2017.

Ms. Ouyang, 34, will be responsible for developing, establishing and implementing the Group’s operating policies, business plans and strategies with the view to maintain an effective system of operational processes.

She works as corporate business development, human resources and administrative manager at Heah Sieu Min (Mt E) Pte Ltd from 2007 to present.
