Pan Pacific Hotels Group to open PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur

To follow October opening of Kuala Lumpur hotel with upcoming launchings of three hotels in Australia.

Pan Pacific Hotels Group said on Wednesday that it will open PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur in October 2010.

Enjoying prime location in the heart of Kuala Lumpur’s Golden Triangle – the city’s premier commercial, shopping and entertainment hub, the brand new 30-storey PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur features 287 well-appointed studio, one and two-bedroom suites, according to a Pan Pacific Hotel Group.

The ideal home for travellers and families who desire comfort, a local connection and a great base from which to explore their new home and surroundings, PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur will provide guests and residents with modern comfort and authentic and uncomplicated stay experience.

Diverse dining, entertainment, leisure and lifestyle options lie just minutes away with PARKROYAL Serviced Suites located adjacent to the famous food street Jalan Alor and Bukit Bintang and mega malls such as KLCC, Pavilion and Lot 10.

All suites feature spacious living areas, fully-equipped kitchens, state-of-the-art home entertainment systems, telephones with IDD/DID and Voicemail facilities and complimentary wired and wireless internet access for all guests.

In addition, residents can enjoy a range of business and leisure facilities including a business centre with secretarial services and meeting rooms, a fully-equipped fitness centre and a Residents’ Lounge, while a rooftop pool offers panoramic views of the city skyline.

“We are delighted to introduce PARKROYAL Serviced Suites to Kuala Lumpur,” said Pan Pacific Hotels Group President and CEO A. Patrick Imbardelli. “That we already have two well-established and award-winning properties PARKROYAL Kuala Lumpur and Pan Pacific Kuala Lumpur International Airport here allows us to leverage on our knowledge of this vibrant city and proven expertise in providing hospitality experience to more new guests and customers in the city.”

This is the second PARKROYAL Serviced Suites and first outside of Singapore. In Malaysia, Pan Pacific Hotels Group currently manages three other properties including Pan Pacific Kuala Lumpur International Airport, PARKROYAL Kuala Lumpur and PARKROYAL Penang.

The Group also recently announced its entry into Australia with the upcoming openings of PARKROYAL Parramatta and PARKROYAL Darling Harbour Sydney in November 2010 and Pan Pacific Perth in January 2011.

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
