First Sponsor restates FY2024 earnings per share

The full-year EPS has been adjusted from $0.0829 to $0.0802.

First Sponsor Group Limited has restated its basic earnings per share (EPS) for the half-year and full-year ended 31 December 2024.

The half-year EPS has been revised from $0.0719 to $0.0692, whilst the full-year EPS has been adjusted from $0.0829 to $0.0802.

According to the company, the restatement was made to reflect earnings attributable solely to ordinary shareholders, excluding the impact of perpetual convertible capital securities (PCCS) holders, in contrast to the earlier computation that included both.

The company stated that all other aspects of the previously announced results remain unchanged.
