Hotel industry remains robust with average occupancy rate of 82%
Average room rate continues to hold, as it inches up slightly to $224 per night.
According to DBS, The upscale, mid-tier segments have average occupancy levels of 83-85%. Average room rate increased 19% yoy, translating to a RevPAR of $184 per night.
