Pan Pacific Hotels & Resorts launch guest loyalty program

The hotelier will offer its reward program across Global Hotel Alliance’s 12 brands and 300 hotels.

The GHA Discovery awards guests with airline miles and the opportunity to participate in unique local experiences from various hotels across member brands.

A. Patrick Imbardelli, President and Chief Executive of Pan Pacific Hotels Group,said the loyalty program was based on customer research which revealed that guests value benefits and recognition more than the collection and redemption of points.

“GHA Discovery delivers on all of that by offering its members authentic and unique adventures wherever they travel – experiences which will recall that travel is really all about discovery," he said.
