Singapore's tourism gets boost from Taylor Swift’s 6-day concert

Tour bookings rose 2,373%.

Taylor Swift’s 6-day The Eras Tour concert from 1-9 March has increased Singapore-related bookings by 275% compared to the same period two weeks later (15-23 March 2024), Trip.com reported.

Singapore inbound flights also went up by 186% while accommodation and tour bookings rose by 462% and 2,373% respectively.

Trip.com also said that the average age of users making bookings from 1-9 March was 33, slightly younger than the 37.2 for the 15-23 March period.

In addition, 48% of the users who made the bookings during the Taylor Swift concert period were in the 21-30 age range.
