What are the top hotels in Singapore in 2024?

Artyzen Singapore emerged as the highest-rating hotel in Singapore, according to a report by technological behavioural change platform Atiom

In its pilot annual Hotel Service Index report for the APAC region, Atiom reported that also amongst Singapore's top hotels in 2024 are: Mandarin Oriental Singapore and The Capitol Kempinski Hotel, which are in second and third place, respectively.

Occupying the fourth spot is Aloft Singapore Novena, followed by The Clan Hotel Singapore by Far East Hospitality (5th), Four Seasons Hotel Singapore (6th), The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore (7th), Dao by Dorsett AMTD Singapore (8th), InterContinental Singapore, an IHG Hotel (9th), and The Fullerton Hotel Singapore (10th).

The Hotel Service Index report is a tentpole initiative for Atiom to enable hospitality leaders to assess their service levels against industry benchmarks.
