COTD: Four in 10 firms focus on future skills development

However, only 2% are expanding successful skills programmes.

Four in 10 (40%) Singaporean organisations prioritise developing talent strategies and programmes around future skills required, according to an AON survey.

Across APAC, most markets are ramping up talent strategies through implementing skills programmes.

The survey also found that 21% identified the skills needed, whilst 14% implemented skills programmes.

However, only 2% are expanding successful skills programmes.

On a regional basis, approximately 40% of organisations in APAC are at the critical stage of developing talent strategies.
