EHL Hospitality Business School, STB launch leadership programme

It aims to empower tourism leaders with the skills to shape the sector's future.

EHL Hospitality Business School has partnered with the Singapore Tourism Board (STB) to launch the Tourism Leadership Excellence & Advancement Programme (T-LEAP).

This program aims to empower senior executives and business leaders in the tourism sector with critical leadership, sustainability, and technology skills to drive the sector’s future.

Each run of the program takes place over five immersive days at EHL Campus (Singapore).

The T-LEAP program comprises three core modules: Leadership Excellence & Strategic Growth, Sustainability & Innovation, and Technology & Digital Transformation.

Through T-LEAP, participants will be inducted into the Singapore Leaders Network, a platform to encourage cross-collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Following the successful delivery of a pilot programme in February this year, STB has validated and extended the initiative for additional runs, demonstrating confidence in its impact on the sector.

The first two runs are confirmed to take place in May and from October to November 2025, with the possibility of additional iterations based on demand and participant feedback.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

If you've been wondering whether SBR could work for your company — yes, probably.

A lot of the companies we partner with started as readers. They'd been following our coverage for a while, saw their own customers and competitors in it, and eventually asked the obvious question: could we do something with you? The answer is usually yes. The shape of it depends on what you're trying to do.

The options are broader than most people assume — thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. Some partners use one channel; most use a mix. We figure out the right combination by starting with your brief, not with our rate card.

So if the question has been on your mind, here's the easy way to ask it.

We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how. It's a better use of everyone's time.
