New centre links firms to regional professional services network

The hub connects to centres in Shanghai, Ho Chi Minh, and Nanjing.

The new Professional Services (PS) Centre in Singapore will provide local knowledge, professional expertise, and business connections to help firms expand across Asia.

The facility will serve as the local hub of a regional network that includes Hongqiao in Shanghai, Ho Chi Minh City, and Nanjing.

Jakarta is expected to join the network later this year, whilst additional centres are planned in Bangkok, Johor Bahru, and Shenzhen.

The PS Centre will provide services covering legal, accounting, tax, corporate secretarial, human resources, valuation, sustainability, and business consulting.

Moreover, it will connect companies with business associations, government agencies, chambers of commerce, and other organisations in its network.

It will also introduce a ‘Business Growth Clinic’, where owners can present specific issues to a panel of professionals from different fields.

The centre is located at the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) House,

It is led by the PS Centre Alliance, comprising the Association of Small & Medium Enterprises, Institute of Valuers & Appraisers, Singapore Business Federation, Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Singapore Manufacturing Federation, Tax Academy of Singapore, Law Society of Singapore, and the ISCA.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

If you've been wondering whether SBR could work for your company — yes, probably.

A lot of the companies we partner with started as readers. They'd been following our coverage for a while, saw their own customers and competitors in it, and eventually asked the obvious question: could we do something with you? The answer is usually yes. The shape of it depends on what you're trying to do.

The options are broader than most people assume — thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. Some partners use one channel; most use a mix. We figure out the right combination by starting with your brief, not with our rate card.

So if the question has been on your mind, here's the easy way to ask it.

We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how. It's a better use of everyone's time.
