Employee-friendly city: 13 Singapore firms part of Asia’s best to work for

HR trade journal - HR Asia saw 113 companies competing to be known as the best workplaces in Singapore and Asia, based on a proprietary survey developed by HR Asia and encompasses employees’ feedback and input, and management comments and presentation.

According to HR Asia, 3,000 Singaporean employees were surveyed to determine their intention and motivation, emotional engagement and advocacy of their respective employers.

The 13 firms are, in no particular order, AIA Singapore Pte Ltd, CEVA Logistics Singapore Pte Ltd, Coca-Cola Singapore Beverages Pte Ltd, Dairy Farm Singapore Group, Genesis Retail Pte Ltd, Jurong Health Services Pte Ltd, Kropos Incorporated, Park Hotel group, Pertamina Energy Services Pte Ltd, Singapore Exchange Limited, Singapore Marriott Hotel, and the Fullerton Heritage Singapore.
