Frasers Property names Tony Lombardo as new Group COO

He will oversee capital strategy and deployment.

Frasers Property Limited appointed Tony Lombardo as Group Chief Operating Officer, leading Group Investments and Frasers Property Capital, effective 1 October 2026, according to a press release.

He will manage capital strategy and capital deployment, with his role involving coordination of business platforms in Australia and the United Kingdom.

He will also oversee the industrial and logistics sectors, including the management of business priorities under the OneFrasers operating model.

Lombardo will work in Singapore and report to Group Chief Executive Officer Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi.

He has 30 years of experience in real estate development, investment management, and capital markets, the press release said.

He is the Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Lendlease. He also held leadership roles at GE Capital and GE Corporate.

He started his career at KPMG, with his background including urban development projects, data centres, and supply chains.

Lombardo also holds directorships at Lendlease Corporation Limited and Lendlease Responsible Entity Limited, and held a past directorship at Lendlease Global Commercial Trust Management Pte. Ltd.
