HRnetGroup wins 3-year Sentosa deal after 8-way tender fight

Octomate will implement a workforce management system for Outward Bound Singapore's 250 staff.

HRnetGroup said its HRtech brand Octomate has secured two new contracts with public-sector organisations, covering workforce management and HR systems.

Outward Bound Singapore awarded Octomate a project to implement a workforce management system for its 250 staff.

The system will centralise roster scheduling and leave planning, support instructor assignment based on certified skills and availability, manage complex rotations and leave requests, flag scheduling conflicts, and provide mobile-responsive access for real-time updates in the field.

HRnetGroup said the contract is not expected to materially affect its FY 2026 financial position.

Separately, Octomate, under HRnet Technologies, won a contract from Sentosa Development Corporation following a tender against eight other bidders.

The three-year contract, starting January 2026 with an option to extend for a further two years, will see Octomate implement an integrated cloud-based system to centralise time and attendance, leave and absence, and payroll processing for about 750 staff on Sentosa Island.

HRnetGroup said this contract is also not expected to have a material impact on its FY 2026 financial position.

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.
The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.
If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
