Singapore’s Aspen names new head

The industry veteran has had expertise in the field for 23 years.

Tay Boon Chuan has been named the head of Singapore at Aspen Insurance Holdings Limited, starting from 1 June.

Previously, Chuan served 12 years with Tokio Marine Kiln in their Property Treaty Reinsurance segment and was briefly the Asia Treaty Team lead.

Further, Chuan’s expertise in the Asian (re)insurance industry goes far back 23 years and managed roles at Asia Capital Re Group and Swiss Re.
