Kingsmen Creatives dissolves US subsidiaries

Regulatory approvals for the liquidation were received on or around 24 January 2025.

Kingsmen Creatives Ltd. announced in a bourse filing that its 80% indirectly owned subsidiaries—NAX USA, LLC, Planet Play USA, LLC, and CrayArt USA, LLC—have been dissolved by way of members’ voluntary liquidation on 30 December 2024.

Regulatory approvals for the liquidation were received on or around 24 January 2025.

The group said that the liquidations are not anticipated to significantly affect its earnings per share and net tangible assets per share for the financial year ending 31 December 2024.
