Kingsmen Creatives associate achieves full ownership of Kingsmen E&E

The associate acquired an additional 10% stake in E&E for $395,000.

Kingsmen Creatives, through its 24.46% owned associate, Kingsmen Korea, acquired a 10% stake in Kingsmen E&E for $395,000 (KRW 402.8m).

Kingsmen Korea funded the acquisition through internal sources.

The acquisition increased Kingsmen Korea's stake in Kingsmen E&E from 90% to full ownership.

Incorporated in Korea on 11 September 2009, Kingsmen E&E specialises in designing and producing architectural interiors and decorations for museums, commercial spaces, and experiential marketing.
