Top Glove to pay 20% special dividend to shareholders

This is in addition to the 50% dividend payout ratio.

SGX Mainboard-listed Top Glove has committed to a special dividend of 20% in addition to its existing policy of a 50% dividend payout ratio on profit after tax and minority interests (PATAMI).

This is in consideration of the good profit performance and strong cash flow of the company, as well as to reward its shareholders, the filing said.

The total 70% dividend payout ratio on PATAMI will start from Q2 to Q4 of FY 2021.

Top Glove is a Mainboard-listed Malaysian glove manufacturer with over 2,000 customers worldwide and exports to more than 195 countries.
