Broadway Industrial Group appoints Wong Yi Jia as director

She was the group's corporate legal counsel and joint company secretary.

Broadway Industrial Group announced the appointment of Wong Yi Jia as non-executive director.

Ms Wong, 31, is the daughter of the late Wong Sheung Sze, a non-execuive director and a substantial shareholder of the company.

She was the group's corporate legal counsel from July 2012 to March 2015 and joint company secretary from November 2013 to March 2015. Before this, she was senior associate at Allen & Gledhill LLP from June 2008 to July 2012, according to a Broadway Industrial Group report.
