CFM Holdings appoints Ong Wei Jin as director

The Board believes he can effectively discharge his duties given his years of practices in the field of corporate finance and general corporate law.

CFM Holdings announced the appointment of Ong Wei Jin as independent non-executive director, according to a CFM Holdings report.

Mr Ong, 47, is currently a partner in Harry Elias Partnership LLP since 1 September 2012. Before this, he was a partner of Colin Ng & Partners LLP from 2000 to 31 August 2012.
