Chow Kok Kee retires as Innovalues director

He stepped down from his post after 12 years to give way for Board renewal.

The Board of Innovalues announced the retirement of Chow Kok Kee as director.

Mr Chow, 61, was also chairman of the Audit and the Remuneration Committees and a member of the Nominating Committee. He was appointed to the post 9 February 2001, according to an Innovalues report.
