Michael Kan Yuet Yun retires as VibroPower Corp director

He held the position for almost 15 years.

VibroPower Corp announced the retirement of Michael Kan Yuet Yun as lead independent director.

Mr Kan, 76, was also chairman of the Audit Committee, Nominating Committee and a member of the Renumeration Committee.

He was appointed to the post on 22 August 2000, according to a VibroPower Corp report.
