Advancer Global Limited divests G3 Environmental Private Limited

The company, along with two other shareholders of G3, sold it for $22m.

India's Re Sustainability Limited has acquired G3 Environmental Private Limited (G3) for $22m.

G3’s owners, Advancer Global Facility (AGF), Kenmoore Mezzanine Investments, and Tee Infrastructure Private Limited, have sold their 20.1%, 29.80%, and 50.1% stakes, respectively.

AGF is a wholly-owned subsidiary of SGX-listed Advancer Global Limited.

Founded in 2017, the G3 specialises in waste collection and metal scrap recycling.
