Aspial Lifestyle says insiders hold 28.5% of $100m notes

The $25m tranche lifts Series 005 to $100m under its $300m MTN programme; SGX-ST listing is pending.

Aspial Lifestyle has completed the issuance of $25m of 5.10% fixed-rate notes due 29 Oct. 2029, bringing the total size of its Series 005 notes to $100m.

The Series 005 Tranche 002 notes will be consolidated with the $75mSeries 005 Tranche 001 issued in Oct. 2025 and were offered under Aspial Lifestyle’s $300m multicurrency medium-term note programme.

The notes carry a fixed coupon of 5.10% per annum, payable semi-annually in arrears, and mature on 29 Oct. 2029 unless earlier redeemed or bought back and cancelled.

DBS Bank Ltd. acted as the sole dealer for the issuance. Aspial Lifestyle said it has received approval-in-principle for the listing and quotation of the notes on the SGX-ST, with trading expected to commence on 21 Jan.

The company also disclosed that certain directors, controlling shareholders, and related parties were allocated about 21.0% of Tranche 002.

Taking into account the earlier tranche, these parties will hold about 28.5% of the entire Series 005 notes, which the company said may influence voting outcomes and secondary-market liquidity.
