CapAllianz suspends services to GPT Desk over unpaid fees

The group said the suspension does not mean that the agreement has been terminated.

CapAllianz Holdings Limited has suspended its services to GPT Desk Private Limited due to the latter's persistent failure to pay outstanding fees, despite repeated negotiations and extensions.

Based on their agreement, GPT Desk's late payment is a default, allowing CapAllianz to suspend or terminate services immediately without liability.

The group said the suspension does not mean that the agreement has been terminated.

CapAllianz is open to resuming services to GPT Desk once all outstanding fees are paid.
