CapitaLand Investment Limited listed anew in Dow Jones Sustainability World Index

2023 marked the REIT’s 12th year of inclusion in the index.

CapitaLand Investment Limited (CLI) was the only Singapore-based real estate company included in the Dow Jones Sustainability World Index (DJSI World) 2023 under the “Real Estate Management and Development” category.

In a bourse filing, CLI said 2023 marks the 12th consecutive year that it has been listed in the index.

CLI was also listed for the 15th straight year on the Dow Jones Sustainability Asia Pacific Index (DJSI Asia Pacific), making it the first and longest-standing real estate company in Singapore to be listed on the index.

The DJSI World and DJSI Asia Pacific comprise the top 10% and top 20% of the world’s largest companies, respectively, based on long-term economic, environmental and social criteria.

The indices are best-in-class benchmarks for investors who recognise that sustainable business practices are critical to generating long-term shareholder value.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
