Coliwoo to open Midtown co‑living hub after SGX debut

The Bukit Timah site's occupancy nears 95%.

Coliwoo Holdings Ltd will open Coliwoo Midtown in Q1 2026, according to a press release.

The six‑storey property is a conversion of the former GSM Building, acquired in 2024, and is the group’s first new opening since its SGX Mainboard listing on 6 November 2025.

Core facilities include private serviced suites for mid‑ to long‑term stays, two commercial kitchens with a shared dining area, a full gym and a dedicated co‑working zone. The development is positioned to serve corporates, educational institutions, expatriates and other mid‑term occupiers because of its proximity to Bugis, Bras Basah and Rochor.

Coliwoo said Coliwoo Bukit Timah Fire Station has recorded occupancy close to 95% since opening in September 2025. The group has also expanded into workforce accommodation for the transportation sector.

Maybank Securities Pte. Ltd. acted as issue manager and global coordinator for the company’s IPO.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
