Daily Markets Briefing: STI down 0.42%

OCBC Bank saw the sharpest decline amongst top active stocks with a 1.11% drop.

The Straits Times Index ended 11.59 or 0.42% lower at 2,777.

The top active stocks were DBS, which slipped 0.85%, UOB, which inched up 0.4%, Singtel, which increased 1.7%, OCBC Bank, which slid 1.11%, and SIA with a 0.98% contraction.

The FTSE Mid Cap decreased 0.64%, whilst the FTSE Small Cap inched down 0.18%.
