ESR-Logos Reit announces name change to ESR-REIT

The fund’s manager will also change its name.

ESR-Logos Reit will change its name to ESR-Reit starting 4 December 2024.

The registered name of the manager will also be changed from ESR-LOGOS Funds
Management (S) Limited to ESR-REIT Management (S) Limited on the same day.

In addition, the group’s logo will also change.

According to the group, the name change is to better reflect that it is part of ESR Group Limited.

The existing counter code issued by Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, however, will remain unchanged.
