FHT to hold privatisation scheme meeting on 15 August

Unitholders may submit their questions by 31 July.

Frasers Hospitality Trust (FHT) will hold its scheme meeting regarding its proposed privatisation on 15 August.

Unitholders may submit their questions by 31 July whilst the deadline for the lodgement of the proxy form is at 12 August.

FHT has also invited its unitholders to attend a dialogue with the Securities Investors Association (Singapore).

On July 11, the Singapore Exchange (SGX) gave FHT the approval-in-principle to delist.
