FLCT prices $100m notes due 2034

Proceeds will be used to fund acquisitions, among others.

Frasers Logistics and Commercial Trust (FLCT) has priced its $100m notes due 15 February 2034 at 2.45 %.

The interest rate for the notes is payable semiannually in arrears.
FLCT will issue the notes under its $1b Multicurrency Debt Issuance Programme.

FLCT will use the net proceeds from the notes to refinance debt, fund acquisitions and investments, upgrade assets, support developments, and cover working capital and other corporate needs.
