iFAST Singapore launches China desk to meet Chinese investor needs

The new desk will be established in Singapore and Hong Kong.

iFAST Singapore, under its wealth advisory arm, iFAST Global Markets (iGM) Singapore, has launched a China Desk to meet the offshore wealth allocation needs of Chinese clients both within and outside China.

The China Desk will also cater to the wealth management and investment needs of international individuals and institutions seeking to invest in China.

The new desk will initially be established in Singapore and Hong Kong which will identify potential clients, explore new business opportunities, and expand iFAST’s international market presence.

“By integrating colleagues from our iFAST China team into the Singapore iGM team, we aim to bridge cultural and market knowledge gaps. These team members bring with them invaluable expertise in the Chinese financial landscape, and coupled with advisers who specialise in serving expatriates and foreign clientele, we believe the China Desk initiative will enable us to tailor our services to meet the unique needs of the growing China client base,” Wong Wei Yi, general manager of iGM Singapore said.
