Singapore's billionaire stocks rose 23.1% YTD

Out of the 105 top stocks, 47 are from real estate.

Singapore's 105 billionaire stocks, or those with a market cap of over $1b, made 23.1% total returns YTD, the Singapore Exchange (SGX) revealed.

According to its market updates, across the 105 stocks, about 47 are from the real estate sector which averaged 25.5% total return YTD.

The top billionaire performers for the quarter represented eight sectors including the five cyclical sectors and three defensive sectors: healthcare, telecommunications and utilities.

This is different to the stocks that made up the top 20 YTD, which were represented by the five cyclical sectors of information technology, consumer discretionary, industrials, real estate, and financials.

"This means that gains in the quarter to date have been more broad-based, and not limited to the cyclical sectors," SGX said.

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
