ST Integrated Engineering seeks to raise $4m via private listing

The proceeds will fuel expansion overseas and tech development.

Homegrown firm ST Integrated Engineering seeks to raise $4m via private listing on 1exchange, an announcement said.

Accordingly, the company is seeking to list a portion of its equity in exchange, which will facilitate trading of its shares after the conclusion of the campaign.

Fundraising proceeds will support the company’s expansion plans, which involve the development of high-value IT-based solutions as well as entry to overseas markets.

Specifically, ST Integrated Engineering intends to focus on the rail and infrastructure segment, having participated in several government and public sector contracts such as RapidKL and Hartasuma Sdn Bhd in Malaysia.

Currently, the company offers integrated facilities management (IFM) solutions and information technology services (ITS) to both private and public sector clients in Singapore, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.

The campaign is accessible by accredited investors in Singapore and qualified investors globally, via the CapBridge investment platform.
