UOL Treasury issues $225m fixed rate notes at 2.78%

The notes are expected to be listed on the SGX on 16 July.

 

UOL Treasury Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of UOL Group, has issued $225m notes at 2.78% per yield due in 2032. 

 

The notes were issued as the first tranche of the fifth series of notes under the $2b multicurrency medium-term note programme, established by UOL Treasury Services on 3 November 2014. It will be guaranteed by UOL under the programme.

 

The notes are expected to be listed on the Singapore Exchange on 16 July.

 

DBS Bank and United Overseas Bank Limited were appointed as the joint lead managers and book-runners for the notes.
