ValueMax Group launches seventh digital securities series on SDAX

The issuance is priced at 4.5% per annum.

ValueMax Group Limited launched the seventh series of its 3-month commercial paper in digital securities under the SDAX CP Facility Programme on the SDAX Exchange.

The issuance is priced at 4.5% per annum and matures approximately three months from the date of issuance.

The company expects to raise between $10m and $50m from accredited investors and institutional investors under the issuance.

ValueMax will make further announcements upon material developments in the programme and issuance.
