Asiason Capital appoints Yin Kum Choy as director

The Board believes he has the qualification and experience valuable to the Company.

The Board of Asiason Capital announced the appointment of Yin Kum Choy as independent non-executive director.

Mr Yin, 54, is currently a public accountant, according to a Asiason Capital report.
