CapitaLand Investment to issue $400m worth of notes

The notes are due in 2027 with a fixed rate of 3.33%.

CapitaLand Investment (CLI) has issued a new tranche of notes worth $400m due in 2027 at a fixed rate of 3.33%.

In an announcement, CLI said the notes will be quoted and traded in SGD and denominations of $250,000 and integral multiples of $250,000.

The notes will also be traded in a minimum board lot size of $250,000.

It will be listed in the bonds market starting at 9:00 a.m. on 13 April.
