Malaysia Technology Excellence Awards 2020 is now open for nominations

Submission of entries ends on 22 May, Friday.

Following the success of the inaugural awards in 2019, the organisers are calling on top-tier firms to again submit their noteworthy innovations for the second edition of the Malaysia Technology Excellence Awards.

As multinational corps and startups look to regionalise in Asia’s other emerging markets, the spotlight is on Malaysia as the awards event is on the lookout for outstanding companies that are riding the disruption wave and leading the technological revolution and digital journeys of their respective industries to boost Malaysia’s fast-growing economy.

If your company has successful groundbreaking projects, digital services, reimagined strategies, and technological initiatives, nominate now and join the growing list of notable names who are well on their way to becoming regional and global champions.

Enterprises and budding innovators are invited to nominate their groundbreaking projects services, reimagined strategies and initiatives that are pushing the boundaries of technology and transforming the trends in the business environment.

Graced by over 130 guests last year, the Malaysia Technology Excellence Awards handed out 28 awards to reputable game-changers such as Affin Bank Berhad (Mobile - Banking), Consider iProspect (AI - Business Services and Digital - Advertising), MyAngkasa AzZahra (Digital - Financial Services), Shell Malaysia (Digital - Energy), SOCOE (E-Commerce - Business Services), and YTL Communications (Connectivity - Telecommunications).

Nomination is free of charge, entries will be evaluated by an elite panel, and winners will be honoured at the awarding ceremony to be held on 30 June 2020, Tuesday, in Malaysia.

Deadline for submissions is on 22 May 2020, Friday.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
