About 3 million Singaporeans to get Assurance Package cash in December

The cash quantum for this disbursement will range from $100 to $600.

Approximately 3 million adult Singaporeans, aged 21 and above in 2026, will begin receiving cash payments under the Assurance Package (AP) Cash from 5 December 2025.

The cash quantum for this disbursement will range from $100 to $600 per eligible Singaporean.

This payment is part of the enhanced AP, which received a $3b boost announced in Budget 2023.

Specifically, for the payment disbursed in December 2025 (for the year 2026), the maximum amount is $600 for citizens aged 21 and above in 2026 with Assessable Income less than $39,000 and who own 0 to 1 property.

Eligible citizens who have linked their National Registration Identity Card to PayNow by 23 November 2025 will receive payment by 5 December 2025.

Those providing bank details by 29 November 2025 will receive payment by 16 December 2025, and all others will receive payment via GovCash by 22 December 2025.
