Abundance International warns of FY2025 net loss
Losses widened in H2, and part of its inventory was sold at a loss.
Abundance International Limited expects to report a net loss for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, according to a bourse filing.
Revenue fell due to weaker demand and lower selling prices for its chemical products, the company said. Losses in the first half widened in the second half as market conditions remained soft.
It added that part of its inventory was sold at a gross loss to manage stock levels and cash flow.
Abundance said it is finalising its FY2025 financial statements and expects to release the results by 28 February 2026. The company advised shareholders to trade its shares with caution.
Abundance International is active in the chemicals, investments, and printing industries. It began as a commercial printer of books, calendars and other publications, diversifying into chemicals and investments in 2015, its official website said.
