AIMS APAC REIT's net property income down 1% in Q1 FY2026

The group’s gross revenue rose by 0.2% YoY to $47.4m.

AIMS APAC REIT (AA REIT) has reported a net property income of $34.1m in the first quarter (Q1) of fiscal year 2026, down 1.0% from the previous year due to slightly higher property expenses incurred during the quarter.

In a bourse filing, the company also reported that its gross revenue rose by 0.2% to $47.4m during the same period. This performance is anchored by resilient operational performance and sustained positive rental reversions across the portfolio despite downtime arising from the ongoing at 7 Clementi Loop.

AA REIT achieved positive rental reversions of 5.4% with stable portfolio occupancy of 93.7% in Q1.

The company said its distributions to unitholders increased by 1.1% to $18.6m whilst its distribution per unit grew slightly by 0.4% to 2.280 cents.

The distribution will be paid out on 24 September, with its record date on 11 August.
