Ascentium partners with INSEAD to launch C-suite training in 2025

The full-time residential programme aims to build leadership capabilities for navigating complex business environments.

Ascentium has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with INSEAD to launch a tailored leadership development programme for its senior executives.

The Ascentium-INSEAD Leadership Development Programme will be held from 25 to 29 August 2025 at INSEAD’s Asia Campus in Singapore.

Designed specifically for Ascentium’s C-suite leaders, the full-time residential programme aims to build leadership capabilities for navigating complex business environments.

The curriculum was developed in collaboration with INSEAD’s Global Private Equity Initiative and focuses on the theme, “The Strategic Leader – Shaping Private Equity Success.”

It will include workshops, simulations, and case studies covering topics such as strategic growth in volatile markets, stakeholder management, and the impact of technology and AI on leadership.

Representatives from both organisations described the initiative as a step toward enhancing leadership development through structured, executive-level training.

According to INSEAD Programme Director Professor Philipp Meyer-Doyle, the customised programme is intended to support long-term talent development in a fast-evolving business landscape.

Ascentium noted that this initiative is the first in a series of planned leadership programmes and reflects its broader commitment to professional development.
