AXA Singapore unveil employee benefits solution for SMEs, startups

Better Me Business gives employees the option to enhance their company-provided insurance plan.

AXA Insurance has launched the Better Me Business, an employee benefits solution for small and medium-sized enterprises and startups in Singapore.

Better Me Business offers coverage with annual policy limits as well as a wide range of health and wellness benefits such as chronic disease management programs, mental support through in-person or virtual consultations, fitness and wellness experiences at exclusive rates, and discounted health screening packages.

Employees are also given the option of enhancing their company-provided insurance plan by increasing the level of coverage or adding on new coverage, such as critical illness insurance, personal accident insurance, general practitioner coverage, specialist coverage, and dental coverage.

They will also be able to access policy information through the MyAXA app and portal, including personal policies they may have with AXA.

Companies will be able to access their organisation’s policy details and manage it with greater visibility through a digital HR portal. They will be able to easily track claims and generate reports on the platform, which helps to reduce administrative work and increase efficiency, AXA said.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
