Category A car COE premiums hit $124k in June

The category recorded 1,768 bids for 1,251 available certificates. 

Category A certificate of entitlement premiums exceeded Category B in Singapore’s second June bidding exercise, with small-car certificate of entitlements (COEs) closing at $123,847, the Land Transport Authority (LTA) said.

Category B, which covers larger and more powerful cars, closed at $123,502, whilst the open category ended higher at $129,002.

Category C premiums for goods vehicles and buses closed at $93,001, whilst motorcycle COEs ended at $9,989.

The LTA received 1,768 bids for 1,251 Category A COEs, with 1,245 successful bids. Category B received 1,202 bids for 883 COEs, with 879 successful bids.

In the open category, 487 bids were received for 262 COEs, with 254 successful bids.

The second June COE bidding exercise ended on 17 June at 4 pm.
