COSCO advances Jurong Island logistics hub phase II works

Its structural works reached sixth and seventh floors.

COSCO SHIPPING International (Singapore) Co., Ltd. reported continued construction progress on Jurong Island Logistics Hub Phase II through June 2026, with structural works reaching the sixth and seventh floors.

“Other building works, including superflat floor construction, installation of fire-fighting equipment and facilities, and plumbing works, have also progressed smoothly,” the company said.

Warehouse racking installation and overhead crane works have started in preparation for operations upon obtaining the Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP).

COSCO is demolishing part of the Phase I structure up to the seventh level to connect Phase I and Phase II, whilst maintaining ongoing Phase I operations.

The group said it is coordinating with main contractor Cogent Holdings and equipment vendors on warehouse automation and crane systems.

“The Group is also monitoring the progress of warehouse construction and discussing with the main contractor and consultants on matters relating to the construction works, including the partial TOP,” it said.

The company will issue further announcements if there are material developments.

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.
The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.
If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
