Changi Airport Group tops most attractive employers list in Singapore
The company achieved an attractiveness score of 78.4%, up from 69.6% in 2024.
Changi Airport Group ranks first in the most attractive companies to work for in Singapore, according to a poll conducted by Randstad.
The annual Randstad Employer Brand Awards is a ranking of employer attractiveness for Singapore’s 75 largest commercial companies and institutions that are known by at least 10% of the local population.
Voted by 2,522 respondents based in Singapore, companies were rated on their relative employer brand awareness and attractiveness.
According to Randstad, this is the third time that Changi Airport Group has received the top accolade since the awards began in 2012, the first two times being in 2016 and 2018. In the 2025 survey, the company achieved an attractiveness score of 78.4%, an increase from its score of 69.6% in 2024.
In the 2025 ranking, Changi Airport Group was followed by Marina Bay Sands, Procter & Gamble, and DBS.
Micron Semiconductor ranked top five, followed by Bytedance, Sea Group, and Resorts World Sentosa.
OCBC ranked top nine, and InterContinental Hotels Group sealed the top 10.
According to Randstad, among the top 10 winners, Micron, Sea Group, OCBC, and InterContinental Hotels were new joiners to the list
The study also showed that the top three most attractive industries to work for in Singapore in 2025 were hospitality and recreation, life sciences, and services (securities, facilities, and catering).
