COSCO SHIPPING Singapore announces board reshuffle

The group has undergone an internal management restructure.

COSCO SHIPPING International (Singapore) Co., Ltd. has announced several leadership changes, including the resignation of its president, Wang Shan He.

According to its bourse filing, Wang has stepped down as part of its internal management restructuring. Wang will continue to serve as a non-independent executive director, chairman of the board, chairman of the strategic and sustainable development committee, and a member of the nominating committee.

In the same announcement, the group has also named Jiang Kai as executive director and president of the company. Kai was previously the managing director of COSCO Shipping Logistics & Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd.

Meanwhile, the group also announced that Guo Hua Wei has resigned as a non-independent and non-executive director. Following his resignation from the board, Guo also ceased to be a member of the strategic and sustainable development committee.
