Former OCBC Deputy President is the non-executive director for Mapletree Logistics Trust

Previous roles held by Ching include positions in OCBC Bank and the Bank of Singapore. 

Mapletree Logistics Trust Management Ltd. bolstered their ranks as OCBC’s former deputy president, Ching Wei Hong  was appointed in a non-executive role.

Following the announcement, Ching will serve as an independent non-executive director and a member of the Audit and Risk Committee of the Group. 

Aside from serving as OCBC’s Deputy President, Ching also served as SVP, EVP, SEVP, CFO, and COO from 2000 to 2021. The Singaporean-based appointee was also Chairman and Vice-Chairman for Bank of Singapore and Lion Global Investors, Pte. Ltd.from 2012 to 2021. 2010 to 2021 also saw him as Chairman for OCBC Securities Pte. Ltd.

Ching is set to undergo training for this new role.
